David Moser is an attorney
who teaches in the Mike
Curb College of Entertainment & Music Business
at Belmont University. He has represented
recording artists, songwriters, record
companies, music publishers, artist managers,
producers, and other entertainment industry
clients. |

Moser
specializes in copyright & entertainment law and has
received a
Fulbright Scholar Award to research copyright and piracy issues in
the Philippines. He was also be a Visiting Scholar at
Lingnan University
in Hong Kong in Fall 2007. He is also the author
of Moser on Music Copyright , a revised and updated
version of his previous book, Music Copyright for the
New Millennium. |

Abroad - Summer 2010: China's
1.3 billion population & 90% piracy rate pose a
huge challenge for copyright owners. We'll
examine the music industry in Asia. We'll also visit entertainment
industry organizations, businesses, historical &
cultural sites. Earn 6 credit hours including Junior
Cornerstone. |
